"We cannot rule out the presence of terrorists in the area. No identify has been established till now. Looks like they wanted to barge into the cantonment but because of the security alerts they could not. Looks like they have come from Pakistan," said Brigadier Rana. The attack in Samba came less than 24 hours after six people, including two militants, were killed in an attack on the Rajbagh police station in the state's Kathua district.
