HYDERABAD: Hollywood star and California Governor Arnold Schwarzeneggar, along with a high-level trade delegation, would visit Hyderabad in November to discuss mutual cooperation and investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.

Consequent to the visit of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy to California on Schwarzeneggar's invitation, he, in turn, decided to tour the state with business and cultural teams, an official release said.

According to the release, both the leaders had detailed discussions on boosting further trade ties between Andhra Pradesh and the US state in several sectors.

The Hollywood actor-turned politician agreed to Reddy's request to explore all possibilities for investments in major sectors like IT, BT, pharmaceuticals, food processing, BPO, micro-irrigation and water conservation.

Accepting Reddy's invitation to visit Andhra Pradesh, he expressed his "great admiration" for India, the release said.

"It is a great democratic country. My spouse admires the spiritual legacy of the country. We would love to visit it and its peace-loving people," Schwarzeneggar said.
