The trial of multi-crore Satyam Computer accounting scam case would commence on November 8 with the examination of first witness of the prosecution in the additional chief metropolitan magistrate court in Hyderabad.The CBI today submitted a schedule of six witnesses in the court who were officials of different banks.All the ten accused including Satyam Computer founder B Ramalinga Raju was present in the court.The court would issue summons to witnesses as per the schedule given by the CBI.The agency also sought permission of the court to set up a LCD project in the court so that the accused as well as the defence counsel can read and take note of the contents of document shown on the screen, CBI deputy general of police (DIG) VV Lakshminarayana told reporters."Keeping in view Supreme Court's direction for speedy trial process, the CBI submitted 1000 marked documents before the court to increase the speed of prosecution," the DIG said adding that the marked documents submitted under section 294 of the CrPC would also reduce number of witnesses in the case.The Supreme Court had cancelled the bail granted to Ramalinga Raju and five others including Raju's brother Rama Raju on October 26 asking them to surrender by November 8.
