Taking strong exception to the vindictive attitude of the Modi government against him, senior Gujarat IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt has sought the SC’s intervention in quashing the criminal proceedings reopened in a Jamnagar court relating to the death of a man who was arrested in the aftermath of the destruction of a mosque allegedly by some Sangh parivar activists in 2000.
