Two persons were arrested and 100 kg of sandalwood logs seized from them during a vehicle check near Pollachi, today. Police found the sandalwood hidden under the seats of a car during a routine vehicle check at Pongamuthur.
  
On being questioned, the two said the sandalwood logs were being taken from Udumalpet to Namakkal to be delivered to a trader,they said.
