RJD supremo Lalu Prasad today said he was keeping a close watch on the political developments in Jharkhand arising out of the BJP withdrawing support to the Shibu Soren government.   "We are keeping close watch on the development in Jharkhand...We are studying the situation," Prasad told reporters here.Asked to know the role of the RJD in Jharkhand, the RJD chief said "you know the strength of my party there."    "We will consider installation of a secular government in Jharkhand," he added.
