Expressing firm resolve to implement Right to Education Act in Bihar, chief minister Nitish Kumar today said action would be taken against the private educational institutions if they violate the provisions for 25 per cent reservation to admission-seekers from deprived sections of the society.    "We will strictly implement REA in Bihar. Private schools which are not adhering to the provisions under the act will be sternly dealt with," Kumar said on the sidelines of his favourite "Janata Darabar Programme".    He said state government would take action if the private educational institutions flouted the provision of 25 reservation to admission-seekers from deprived sections of the society.
