GHAZIABAD: Dr Rajesh Talwar, arrested in connection with the Noida double murder case involving his daughter Aarushi, was granted bail on Friday by a designated CBI court here.
     
Designated judge Sapna Mishra granted bail to Talwar asking him to furnish a personal bond of Rs five lakh and two sureties of like amount.
     
The bail was granted by the judge after the CBI informed the court that the agency had not found any evidence linking him to the murders.
     
The Noida Police, which arrested him on May 23, had also not found any evidence against Talwar.
     
The doctor is at present lodged in Dasna jail for last 50 days and may walk to freedom soon.
