Preparations of the MNS for the upcoming State Assembly elections in Maharashtra is going in full swing with party drafting its blue print for the election, party leader and MLA Pravin Darekar said on Wednesday.

Addressing a press conference here, Darekar said party under the leadership of Raj Thackeray, have chalked out a roadmap for the state and Mumbai, which deals with various civic issues faced by the citizens, adding, they have also come up with solutions for the problems. He said there would be a separate plan for Thane.

Darekar, who has toured in various constituencies recently, said, according to the voters this time the situation is favourable for the MNS and the people are looking forward to a young leader like Raj Thackeray."This year's general election was built around Narendra Modi, who was projected as the leader of the nation.

This time, MNS has projected Raj sahib as the leader who can lead Maharashtra," he said. The party is gearing up to contest on all 288 seats and has candidates for almost all the seats, he said.

Post its dismal performance in the Lok Sabha elections in the state, he said party will ensure this time the right candidates are picked up, who can win seats for the party.
