"Prime Minister Modi didn't even talk to CM Ibobi Singh. The ministers are not aware of what is there in Naga Accord. It is all in PM Modi's mind," Gandhi said while addressing a rally here.

"You must ask PM Modi that when the Naga Peace Accord was made, why the people of Manipuri were not consulted or spoken to. Till date, no one knows what is there in this pre-paid accord," he added.

The Naga Peace Accord was signed in 2015 by the Government of India and the Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN) in Prime Minister Modi's presence.

Elections for the 60-member Manipur assembly are slated for March 4 and 8.
