Jagan, who was summoned by the CBI to appear as a witness in the case with Karnataka’s BJP leader Gali Janardhana Reddy as prime accused, shifted the blame onto Naidu for allowing the Reddy brothers to make forays into the mining activity.

“I wanted to know why Mr Naidu, who had issued a government order allotting 64 acres to OMC should not be questioned if the CBI is keen on knowing the facts,” Jagan said after coming out of the three-hour-long grilling session at the CBI’s office in Hyderabad on Friday.
