Prohibitory orders were on Monday withdrawn from violence-hit Makra and adjacent four villages in Birbhum district. The prohibitory orders under section 144 of CrPC were lifted following improvement in the law and order situation in the area, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Bolepur, Suryaprasad Yadav said.
