A private helicopter was today seized by Uttarakhand forest department at Narendranagar area in Tehri district just 10 minutes before chief minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank's chopper was to land there, officials said.    Nishank, who flew to Narendranagar as part of his 'Antodayay Vikas Yatra', was to land at the helipad of a heritage hotel.    However, a private helicopter belonging to Monarch Aviation was stationed there without necessary permission from the forest and the administration, sub-divisional magistrate M D Joshi said.    Forest department seized the chopper and sent it to Jollygrant airport. The chief minister landed 20 minutes late at Narendarnagar where he was to inaugurate a police training college.    "We will take an appropriate action against Monarch Aviation for keeping a helicopter at the reserved forest area," Divisional Forest Officer R D Pathak said.
