Prerogative of political parties to withdraw ministers: Nitish Kumar
Kumar said it was the prerogative of a political party to take a decision about its ministers in a government.
With Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee demanding that Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi be replaced, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday said it was the prerogative of a political party to take a decision about its ministers in a government."It is the prerogative of a political party to take a decision on the fate of its ministers in a government," he told reporters in reply to question."It is for the two parties to sort out their problems... I have nothing more to say on the issue," he said.
