A week-long special prayer is being organised at Ugyen Tsagnpo helipad in Tawang under the patronage of Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Dorjee Kandu for the souls of the victims of recent helicopter crash.The prayer is being performed by 50 monks headed by Guru Tulka Rinpoche Abbot of Tawang monastery with the participation of locals of Tawang since April 21, official sources said.Four types of prayers - Sheva Jensey for peace, Wang Jansey for enlightenment, Geva Jensey for longevity and sound health and Dakpo to avert evil spirit from destruction - would be performed during the seven days.The first day started with performing of Tenthin Puja to purify the environment.
