A powerful bomb exploded at the residence of the Fisheries director at Singjamei area in Manipur's Imphal West district last night, police said.

Unknown militants hurled a powerful bomb at the residence of K Sharatkumar Singh, Director of Fisheries, Singjamei area last night.

There was no casualty in the explosion.
