Porn MMS of minor school girl shocks Kashmir

Kashmir was shamed on the eve of Children’s day when a porn MMS of a minor school girl was distributed to the mobile users.

Angry masses ransacked the house to the main accused, prompting the police to swing into action and arrest the culprit to cool the tempers in the Budgam district. Police have registered a case of rape under section 376 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).

The main accused, who had appeared in the MMS, has also been arrested.

Police are now looking for his accomplices who might have been involved in the abetting of the crime.

The girl from the clip was questioned by the police too.

As the news about the identity of the man reached the area, angry residents took to streets. They pelted stones and ransacked the house of the main accused in the Yachigam village. Police immediately swung into action to control the angry mob. “We have arrested the main accused and registered a case under section 376,”said Uttam Chand, senior superintendent of police, Budgam district.

Chand said they expect the age of girl to be less than 18 years. But they will wait for the medical examination and her school certificates to verify it.

“We are treating the girl as minor as she is a 11th standard student. Subsequent investigation will verify her age. We are treating her as minor and thus case of rape has been registered”, he said.

However, the SSP played down the violence at the residence of the accused man. “Some stones might have been pelted but there was nothing serious,” he said.
