"I am a BJP worker and I will remain a BJP worker. Narendra Modi is my leader," said Joshi on his arrival here from New Delhi.

Joshi and Modi were once friends and started their political careers together in Gujarat, but they later fell out. Last week, posters sprung up outside the BJP headquarters in New Delhi and also residences of party President Amit Shah and senior leader L K Advani, demanding organisational post for Joshi. A few such posters also appeared in Nagpur, Joshi's hometown.

Joshi, after arriving here, proceeded to Madhya Pradesh where he attended three party functions in Seoni and Chhindwada districts. Joshi was in-charge of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh when he served as BJP General Secretary (Organisation).
