A day after a picture of Rajasthan Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf answering the call of nature on a roadside went viral, media was anxiously waiting for him at the gate of the assembly on Wednesday morning.
His picture was the topic of gossip among ministers and MLAs who were seen smiling and avoiding questions on this topic.
The media sought comments from every minister and MLA at the assembly. Till the start of the house at 11am, the minister was not seen. He entered after the Question Hour had started.
Almost everybody avoided saying anything on record on this sensitive issue. However, newly elected Ajmer MP Dr Raghu Sharma said Saraf should seek an apology .
On Wednesday evening, Saraf left the house quickly after telling media persons that he had taken back an order referring to ban on media entry in SMS hospital.
