Pak national held with fake Indian currency
A Pakistani national was arrested here and fake Indian currency of face value of Rs 10 lakh was seized from him.
KOLKATA: A Pakistani national was arrested here and fake Indian currency of face value of Rs 10 lakh was seized from him.
The foreigner, identified as Yusuf (alias Sarfraz), was picked up on Friday night from Kidderpore area, Deputy Commissioner of police (DD-I) Javed Shamim said on Saturday.
Shamim said the fake notes were of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 denomination.
