PM Narendra Modi took to Twitter on Saturday morning to highlight the achievements of his government. Incidentally, his government becomes 4 years old today, and it is only an year to go before the 2019 general elections. PM Modi said on Twitter,"  On this day in 2014, we began our journey of working towards India’s transformation.  Over the last four years, development has become a vibrant mass movement, with every citizen feeling involved in India's growth trajectory. 125 crore Indians are taking India to great heights!". 

He further paid his gratitute to citizens for keeping the trust on the government and being a part of the development engine. PM Modi said, " I bow to my fellow citizens for their unwavering faith in our Government. This support and affection is the biggest source of motivation and strength for the entire Government. We will continue to serve the people of India with the same vigour and dedication".

He shared an infographic highlighting several achievements of the government and how they are looking to transform India. 

Alongside, he shared a video to highlight the transformation happening in rural India. 

Suffice to say, that Saaf Niyat, Sahi Vikas, which translates to 'good intention, correct developement' will be a major slogan for the BJP government in this poll bound year. 

PM Modi will be in Odisha on Saturday, a state which will have simultaneous assembly and lok sabha election in 2019. BJP is looking to cash in on anti-incumbency to dislodge the BJD government there.  Odisha Police has put in place elaborate security arrangements in the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's scheduled visit. As many as 100 platoons of police force (80 in Cuttack and 20 in Bhubaneswar) will be deployed as a part of the PM's security arrangements. Modi will address a public meeting at Baji Jatra ground on the banks of river Mahanadi in Cuttack, marking four years of the BJP-led government at the Centre. "Five teams each of the SAG, STU will also be deployed along with two teams of ODRAF," Cuttack DCP Akhilesvar Singh said.

Four control rooms have been set up to monitor the security arrangements, Singh said. Special arrangements have also been made for traffic management, and there will be a few diversions on different routes to prevent road congestion. Meanwhile, a report from Malkangiri said that Maoists have put posters opposing the PM's Odisha visit. The posters were seen at different places in Kalimela police station area of Malkangiri district, an official said.
