Opposition parties in the union territory, including AIADMK, CPI, CPI(M) and MDMK have demanded a CBI probe into the recent incidents of crimes including murder in Puducherry.A joint meeting of leaders of these parties here yesterday expressed concern over the 'rise' in the number of murders involving crude bombs to settle scores by rival gangs.'People live in constant fear with bombs being used in public places like hotels and near cinema houses by those belonging to rival gangs to settle their enmity', a resolution adopted at the meeting said.The opposition would hold a demonstration on July 22 to seek CBI probe into the recent murders in the Union Territory, spokesman of AIADMK said.
