A 45-year-old man was killed and three others were injured when a speeding car hit them in Charbagh area here, police said today.
            Jai Narain Saini, a rickshawpuller, who sustained serious injuries in the mishap yesterday succumbed later in hospital.
            The three others have been admitted to Balrampur hospital, where condition of Lalu Saini was stated to be serious, they said.
            Car driver, Prabhat Kumar, who is a contractor, has been arrested.
