An Omani citizen was arrested from a military area in Harayana on suspicion of spying and sent to judicial custody for 14 days, police said today.    Hassan Bin Obdullah Bin Abraham, 35, was picked up from the Army Equine Breeding Stud Farm premises here yesterday.     He was produced before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Anshu Shukla, who sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.     Abraham said he arrived in India on November 25 last and had visited Delhi, Ajmer, Bangalore and Mumbai. He claimed that his passport, visa and other identity papers were stolen while travelling in a train from Delhi to Amritsar, they said.     The police informed the Oman Embassy in this regard following which an officer from Embassy visited the policestation here.     Abraham has been booked under the Foreigners Act.
