No knowledge about meet taking place or shifted out of Kolkata: Mamata
'We have not received any proposal (from the Centre) that Kolkata has been picked up for the meet. Nor have we been informed so far that it is being shifted from here,' she said.

In the backdrop of media reports about a global investment summit shifted from here to Agra in the wake of Trinamool Congress' withdrawal of support from the UPA government over FDI in retail, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said she had no knowledge about it.
"We have not received any proposal (from the Centre) that Kolkata has been picked up for the meet. Nor have we been informed so far that it is being shifted from here," she told reporters here.
"They are telling all these out of a vindictive attitude," Banerjee said without specifying.
An annual investors' meet is organised by the Union Commerce Ministry and the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Media reports said Union Commerce Minister Anand Sharma has requested Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to host the meet in January 2013.
