Congress on Monday said it had no confidence in CBI's ongoing probe in the sting CD case and demanded that all alleged corruption cases which have surfaced so far in the state be handed over to inquiry commissions headed by sitting High Court judge.

A party delegation led by PCC president Kishore Upadhyay met Governor KK Paul and said they did not have confidence in the reported CBI probe into the sting CD case.

Alleging that the CBI was acting under pressure of the Centre, the party leaders said they wanted all corruption cases which have surfaced in the state since its creation be handed over to probe commissions headed by sitting high court judge including CD case.
