"The immature address by Rahul Gandhi during the no confidence motion exposed the Congress completely," Javadekar said.

The minister was in the city to attend an event of distribution of cooking gas connection under Central government's Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in Kothrud area where he attacked the opposition party.

Criticising the Congress over the issues raised by Gandhi during his speech, he said, "The Congress had no issue to raise. He (Gandhi) raised the issue of Rafale deal, but his allegations soon proved to be baseless as both the Indian government as well as the French government issued statements against his allegations."

"It was clear that Congress lacked homework on Rafale deal. It was very clear that Congress was badly exposed," He said.

Taking a jibe at Gandhi's hug to Modi in the House, the Minister said, "He tried some nautanki by hugging Modi, but it failed to prove any point."
