Nitish Kumar better choice for PM than Narendra Modi: JD(U)
JD(U) national general secretary Arun Srivastav said that if NDA gets majority in the Loksabha election, then Nitish Kumar along with LK Advani would be the top choice for the prime minister's post.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is a more suitable candidate for the post of prime minister than his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi, JD(U) national general secretary Arun Srivastav said here today.He said that if NDA gets majority in the Loksabha election, then Nitish Kumar along with LK Advani would be the top choice for the prime minister's post.Srivastav who came here for party work said, "Gujarat was already prosperous and Modi has made it more prosperous but Bihar was poor (when Nitish took over) and he is making it prosperous".When asked whether Modi and Nitish Kumar would ever come close, Srivastav said that no such efforts have been made and Janata Dal (United) has nothing to do with Modi.
