A police officer on Wednesday gave his testimony before a special CBI court in one of the cases of the sensational Nithari killings of 2006.Dinesh Yadav, the then Noida police circle officer, appeared in a special CBI court and recorded his statement in connection with the murder and rape of a 14-year-old girl.Surender Koli, the main accused in the case, was present in the court.The court has fixed January 14 as the next date of hearing in this case.A total of 16 cases were registered against Koli, a domestic help, after Nithari serial killings came to light in December 2006, following the discovery of human remains from a drain behind his employer Moninder Singh Pandher's house in Noida.
