Carrying chits to the exam hall is now a thing of the past. As technology advances, students are now using it to their benefit. The NewsMinute reported that a student in Hyderabad was on Friday caught copying with the help of a bluetooth device.

A third year B.Tech student of Nawab Shah engineering college in Malakpet, Wasim Ahmeb, was caught cheating at an exam centre at Arora Engineering College, Chandrayangutta. He had hid his phone in his undergarments, his bluetooth device was connected to his phone and the wire was concealed in his vest.

According to the report, the Director of Arora Engineering College, Sri Latha, who was on her rounds in the exam hall at that time caught him copying. He was found whispering to the person who was helping him through the bluetooth device.

When he realised that he was caught cheating, he panicked and tried to run out of the examination centre. However, the security personnel caught him.

A resident of Mehdipatnam, he was handed to the Chandrayanagutta police by the college authorities.

A similar incident was shown in the movie Munnabhai MBBS, wherein Sanjay Dutt playing the character of Munnabhai, was shown cheating in his medical entrance exam using his cell phone. However, things differ in real and reel life, Dutt's character not only escaped unnoticed but also topped his exam.
