Hours later, one lives to thank her well-wishers from the hospital. The other leaves the warm embrace of her parents forever, leaving behind a cold body.

While 66-year-old actor-turned-BJP MP from Mathura, Hema Malini, was rushed to Jaipur's Fortis Escorts Hospital in Jaipur promptly after the accident, the two-year-old Chinni Khandelwal was rushed to a local hospital in Dausa before her death.

The grieving family members who are also being treated for injuries say their daughter could have lived if she was treated at Jaipur. Her father Harsh Khandelwal who's also injured, said Chinni may have lived "had she been taken to Jaipur along with Hema Malini."

His wife Shikha, who's also being treated at the hospital still believes her kid is alive in Dausa hospital where she was rushed to. She has not been informed about Chinni's death.

"Hema Malini is a public representative first and then a star, while our little daughter Chinni isn't. Why did Hema Malini get a star treatment for nursing her wounds, while our daughter was taken to a local hospital in Dausa," Chinni's uncle Khushal, who's a bank employee, asked when dna met him at SMS Hospital's Trauma Centre on Friday.

A resident of Jaipur, Khushal is among several relatives of Lalsot- Dausa's Khandelwal family, who are praying for safe recovery of four other family members, including Chinni's businessman father HarshKhandelwal (31) mother Shikha (30), brother Saumil (6) and aunt Seema .

Meanwhile, the injured celebrity's daughter Esha flew with husband to Jaipur on Friday early morning to be with her mother at the hospital. The hospitalised Hema, expressed deep grief over the death of the two-year-old girl Chinni in the accident and prayed for early recovery of remaining injured family members. Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje and several other BJP leaders visited the hospital and took stock of Hema Malini's health on Friday.
