Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) today slammed the BJP government for outsourcing the work of preparation of state budget manual to the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (Pwc).     "What compelled the state government to give the work of preparing the manual to Pwc, whose credibility is suspicious," asked MPCC spokesman Bhupendra Gupta in a press statement here.     "Is the state government unaware which company was the auditor of Satyam, involved in a multi-crore scam," the statement further said.     "Why the work was not given to government officers, on whose salary 39% of the budget is spent," Gupta questioned.
