Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said he would give his message to Biharis in Mumbai on April 15 when he is scheduled to visit the metropolis.Kumar told reporters that mazdoors (labourers) from Bihar have organised a social and cultural programme in Mumbai on April 15 to celebrate the centenary of the creation of the state and "I will give my message there."Asked for his comment on the MNS opposition to his visit to the western metropolis, he said there is no ban on it and he could go anywhere.
