A mild tremor measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale rocked Imphal and its surrounding areas tonight.Regional Meteorological Centre Director GC Debnath told PTI that the tremor was recorded at 6.53pm.The epicentre of the shock was 24.4 degrees north and 93.8 degree east.Details were being analysed, he said.
