Maoists trigger blasts in Orissa, train services affected
Train services in the down line were badly disrupted while trains in the Mumbai-Howrah route were suspended due to the blast, railway officials said.
Maoists triggered two blasts between Birsa and Bongomunda stations near Rourkela in the wee hours today, disrupting train services on the Mumbai-Howrah route.
A goods train passing the area derailed after the two successive blasts, railway officials said.

According to preliminary reports, there were no causalities in the incident.
Maoists have called for a 48-hour bandh ending today in seven states, including Orissa, to protest 'Operation Green Hunt' launched against them.
