Maoists blew up a school building at Sohar village in Chatra district alleging it was being used as a make-shift camp by security personnel, police said today.     The Maoists triggered the blasts after stuffing explosives in the three-roomed school and razing it to the ground after midnight last night, superintendent of police DB Sharma told newsmen here.     Claiming responsibility for the blast in a poster left behind near the spot, CPI(Maoist) said the school was blasted as the police had used it as their shelter during the November-December Assembly elections, he said.
