Setting aside protocol, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will personally receive US President Barack Obama when he arrives at the Delhi airport tomorrow.Singh, who is expected to be accompanied by his wife Gursharan Kaur, will greet Obama and US First Lady Michelle Obama when they arrive from Mumbai tomorrow afternoon, extending a rare gesture.Singh had made a similar gesture when Obama's immediate predecessor George W Bush had visited India in March, 2006.
