Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will undertake a day-long visit to Jammu on Friday when he will dedicate a 4218-flat township, 20km from here, for displaced Kashmiri migrants.Singh will hold a meeting with governor NN Vohra and attend the convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir Agriculture University of Science and Technology (SKAUST) at Jammu University.He will have a meeting with chief minister Omar Abdullah and then fly to Jagti township at Nagrota late in the afternoon to dedicate the township to displaced Kashmiri migrants under the prime minister's rehabilitation package.
