Three Manipuri militants, including a female cadre, were caught be BSF on the Indo-Bangla border in Meghalaya last night.    Two cadres of People's Liberation Army (PLA), Nupamcha Nanda Singh and Ananta Singh, and a female cadre, Shanti Devi of the RPF, were held near Dawki after they entered India from Bangladesh, a BSF spokesman said.    Indian currency, a mobile set and a book in Myanmarese were seized from them.    They have been handed over to Meghalaya police who were interrogating them.
