Talking to DNA, Toor disclosed that a journalist named Chhatrapati was killed by Kuldeep Singh, 49, and Nirmal Singh, 50, on Baba's orders. Toor stood against the Dera chief as a witness in this case.

Toor reveals that he was a sadhu at the Dera from 1996 to 2002, but quit when he came to know about the misdeeds of the Baba. He helped two sadhus, Hans Raj and Jatinder Gora, who had to undergo forceful castration. They jointly prepared a list of about 166 sadhus who were castrated. The matter reached the Punjab and Haryana High Court 2014 and the court ordered the CBI to investigate the allegations. The agency was yet to complete its investigation. Meanwhile, Gora was one day called to the Dera from where he never returned.

According to Toor, the Dera housed about 200 hundred sadhvis called Brahmcharis and an equal number of Sat Brahmcharis. All were in the age group of 17 years to 70 years. The Baba chooses his prey after summoning them in his goofa which opens towards the hostel of the sadhvis.

Toor told this newspaper that the "mysterious" woman seen with Baba all the time was in fact Priyanka of Fatehabad, aged around 35 and named as Honeypreet. The Baba fixed marriage of one Vishwas Gupta and Priyanka, which was solemnised on Dera premises. The Guptas were followers of the Dera even before Gurmeet Ram Rahim catapulted himself at the head. Ultimately, Honeypreet and Vishwas were forced to seek divorce. The Baba adopted Priyanka as his third daughter. Legally, a married woman could not be adopted after nine years of her marriage.

Toor had come on record alleging that Honeypreet was not Ram Rahim's daughter but had a different relationship with the Dera head. Gupta had moved a habeas corpus petition in the High Court seeking release of his wife from the clutches of the Baba. But, a determined duo did not allow that to happen.
