Man posing as IAS officer arrested in Ghaziabad

A fake identity card was recovered from Singh and he used to travel in a car fitted with blue beacon, Lal said, adding that with the help of local police Singh used to get free service at hotels wherever he stayed. He had already been jailed twice on the same charge, Lal added.
