FATEHGARH SAHIB: A man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl, police said on Friday.
    
A case has been registered under various sections of the IPC against the accused.
    
In his complaint to police, the girl's father -- a resident of village Atteywali (Fatehgarh Sahib) -- alleged that Vijay Kumar, hailing from Bihar, kidnapped and raped her daughter on Thursday.
