A person was today held guilty by a local court here for murdering his father over a piece of land. The additional district sessions judge SK Banerji also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on Prahlad Singh after finding him guilty for murdering his father Tejpal.According to prosecution, Tejpal was stabbed to death by his son Prahlad over a piece of land at Hasanpur in the district on August 4, 2007.
