Man commits suicide over Telangana issue

A 32-year-old man allegedly committed suicide over Telangana issue in Moinabad area here, police said today.

Mahesh, a private employee, was found hanging at his residence by his wife last evening, they said.

A suicide note written in Telugu purportedly by the victim, was found near his body, in which he said that he had seen yesterday's Lok Sabha proceedings on television and was depressed over the move of Seemandhra MPs to obstruct the formation of Telangana state, police said.

Further investigation is on.
