Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee has become vocal against Maoists because a fight has broken out between the two over who will control whom in case the opposition alliance comes to power, West Bengal's minister for western region development, Sushanta Ghosh, alleged today.Laying the foundation stone of a private polytechnique here at Gopalpur village in Burdwan district, Ghosh alleged Trinamool Congress had strong links with the Maoists and that she had no political consistency.''Today she is railing against the Maoists, and tomorrow she is insisting on touching their feet,'' the minister said, apparently referring to Banerjee's public rally at Jhargram yesterday, where she said she was even prepared to touch their feet to bring them to the negotiation table. He said the railway minister's promise to extend a railway line up to Belpahari had no substance as there was no infrastructure to support it.
