“CBI will now write to the ministry of external affairs for seeking his extradition or deportation from Dubai to India,” Dharini Mishra, a CBI spokesperson told DNA. A red corner notice was issued against him as he has been named in the CBI chargesheet in Madhu Koda scam.

“Sanjay helped Koda in investing his money foreign countries. The allegation is that Koda and his associates had illegally amassed huge amount of money during his term as CM and later routed the same to Thailand, Liberia, Cooks Island and Dubai,” a CBI official said.
