Due to the heavy crowd that is expected, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam have requested devotees not to offer flowers or coconuts and to have only the darshan of the lord.
As part of the new year celebrations, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) will open the SV Prayer Hall at the Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple for darshan from 2am on January 1.
The prayer hall will be opened for 'Srivari Darshan' for general public from 2:00am. The entire premises of the temple has been decorated with flowers, fruits and electrical illumination, a TTD release said.
Due to the heavy crowd that is expected, the TTD have requested devotees not to offer flowers or coconuts and to have only the darshan of the lord.
People can have darshan till midnight of January 1.
