Left parties would hold a protest rally on March 12 at Delhi against the spiralling prices of essential commodities, CPI national secretary D Raja said.Talking to reporters here yesterday, he lashed out at the Congress-led UPA government for its 'failure' to containrising prices.The Centre was also planning to hike fuel prices which would certainly affect the common man,he added.
