Prevailing corruption and unemployment had disappointed the youths and Naxalism was one of the fall-outs of their depression, he told reporters here.
The Union Government should find out some solution at the earliest, he said adding he favoured use of air power in tackling the menace.
To a question he said though he supported the stance of Haryanvi Khaps that no marriage should be performed in the same gotra, community leaders should be aware that they were not above the law.
