On March 12, a concerned passenger  Anagha Nikam-Magdum tweeted to Konkan Railways about an infant who needed milk but the parents did not seem to know where to get some for it. Little did she expect that her one tweet would solve the parents concern so promptly.  She tweeted,  “This baby needs milk, baby travelling with her parents @KonkanRailway ‘s , Happa Express, please contact Sneha Bapat travelling with them”. Konkan Railways were prompt in replying and asked the passenger’s PNR details.

To her surprise Konkan Railway too noticed and promptly asked for the ticket details. Nikam-Magdum shared a photo of the ticket of child's parents.

No sooner had she done so, Konkan Railways replied, “milk arranged at Kolad station, please come out of coach at Kolad stn.”

Later the passenger tweeted in gratitude at the prompt reply by the Konkan Railways saying “Kartiki (the child) is so lucky, she got milk in a running Happa Express, thank you @KonkanRailway.”  We guess we have to hand it on to Suresh Prabhu. He is doing a fabulous job.
